A Hold Harmless Agreement is a contract between two parties designed to release one or both parties from legal claims. The minimum liability when refueling on a property is $1,000,000 liabilty and damages for any incident occuring while on property

- Medical costs for customers injured by our business
- Property damage, like if our employee breaks a client’s window while working on their car
- Reputational harm if someone sues for libelous or slanderous statements
- Advertising injuries or errors, such as copyright infringement in marketing materials
- Damage to property you own or rented that’s caused by a refueling fire or explosion
