Field Dispatch Center
Our Dispatch Operators have good communication skills as well as being able to handle a fast paced environment. On a day to day basis a dispatcher deals with different customers, different drivers, different trucks, and their needs.
As a Dispatcher they need to know how to handle their customer service differences and know our delivery trucks are in condition well enough to service cutomer needs. They also need to know if it’s time to schedule maintenance, and repair. Dispatchers also need to be familiar with OTR refueling, and areas where customers and drivers are located. Current Dispatchers are experienced OTR and delivery route drivers and operators. Our Security Services are supported through the dispatch center.
